Dear Breakup Girl,
There is this guy at my school whom I like and some says he likes me back.
Well, my problem is that he is really starting to bug me and he does these
things that really annoy me. He stares at me all the time, gets mad if I flirt
with another guy and when I try to talk with him he puts his head down and he
answers back small words like "yeah" or "whatever." He'll
get out of line to stand by me and he has his friends spy on me. I've asked all
my friends what to do about him and mostly they said to ignore him but when I
do that it gets worse he'll do things to get my attention -- like for example
one day I was ignoring him and he jumped up and ran all around me and then went
up to our classroom flag and tried to eat it. So ignoring doesn't work. Please
tell me what to do and how I can either get this guy or get over him.
Love,
Mouse
Dear Mouse,
I'll tell you how to get over him, but it's not going
to be all that nice of me. Here's the thing, Mouse, it's like I told Frito Nose: remember that if you
go out with this guy, this is the guy that you'll go out with. You know?
Frankly, he's not a real charmer. So if you want to be the grownup here and ask
him out, fine. Otherwise, yes, ignore him; let him annoy the color guard/Helen
Chenoweth.
Love,
Breakup Girl
