I have been going out with this guy for about three weeks,and he tells me he loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me. It kind of scares me, and I am thinking about breaking it off with him. I don't know how I should tell him that he annoys me and scares me.

My sense is that expressing such strength-of-feeling so fast is actually evidence of a weakness-of-self inside.
