Dear Breakup Girl,
I am so in love with this guy Adam, and he said he loves me too and the last
thing he would do is dump me. Well I never was in love or had so much in common
with someone before. It may sound crazy but we were, like, meant to be together
like "Adam" and Eve. Sometimes I don't know what to say to him when I see him;
my heart throbs my stomach tightens and I forget what I am going to say.
Now he been talking about this "playhouse" he and his friend are building,
and he said that we should make-out in it sometime! Cool, right, but how does
he define making out? I'm not even 100 percent sure how I define it! Please
help!
-- Alit
Dear Alit,
He's building a playhouse, huh? So he's handy; that's
good.
How does he define "making out?" My guess is he means
kissing.
Now, believe me, I get how deep you are in LIKElike. That
whole thing about how you forget what you were going to say? I totally know.
But let me be your square aunt for a minute and remind you that you should never,
ever forget to say NO if something someone else does or says doesn't feel okay
with you (hint: your stomach will tighten, but not in a good way).
So maybe bring a friend to the playhouse the first time
you visit, and see how you feel after that. I just want to make sure Adam can
build your trust, too. Okay? Okay! Go have fun!
Love,
Breakup Girl
